LMI is seeking a skilled Training Program Manager (FMS) for a major defense acquisition program. The individual filling this position will provide support to a government program management organization (PMO) that is responsible for overseeing the training lifecycle and providing the end-items necessary to execute the training mission. The training systems used are critical enablers to producing mission qualified personnel, as well as tracking their training status throughout the individuals’ career. The systems include Hardware, Software, subsystems, equipment, and reference data required to design, develop, deliver, evaluate, and refine the training provided to the personnel.
