Overview

LMI is seeking a skilled Data specialist to support a contract within the Office of the Secretary of Defense.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities include:

  • Provide data and analytics support with a standard process for identifying and collecting relevant data, conducting analysis, and providing data visualizations that collate and integrate disparate data sets to provide leaders and managers insights that enable data-informed decision-making in support of DoD Research, development, acquisition, sustainment, and modernization processes.
  • Provide program assessments and analytics to support decision events and analysis/studies of technical data obtained from reviews/meetings, and analysis of user requirements.
  • Perform special studies (i.e., investigate ad hoc management, programmatic, technical and administrative issues, conduct analysis and provide findings and recommendations).

Qualifications

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • An active SECRET clearance
  • A bachelor's degree and three to six years experience.
  • Possess and apply expert knowledge related to Enterprise Data Management, data analysis, and data visualization.
  • Must have strong Excel and analytic skills.

DESIRED SKILLS

  • Master’s degree in a relevant field.
