LMI is seeking to hire an Agile Release Train Engineer to support a Government Client in Virginia. Remote work is considered, within visits to Client sites as needed.

Responsibilities, but not limited to the following:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related degree and senior supply technician education (or higher) in Army logistics related disciplines
Required Certification: SAFe Agile Release Train Engineer certification.
Additional Desired Certifications: Certification as a Scaled Agile Framework Program Consultant (SPC)
Experience:
Serve as the leader and coach for the Agile Release Train (ART).
The RTE’s major responsibilities are to facilitate the ART events and processes and assist the Agile teams in delivering value.
RTEs communicate with stakeholders, escalate impediments, help manage risk, and drive relentless improvement.
Establish and communicate the annual calendars for Iterations and Program Increments (PIs).
Facilitate periodic synchronization events, including the ART sync Assist with economic decision-making by facilitating feature and capability estimation by teams and the roll-up to Epics, where necessary.
Coach leaders, teams, and Scrum Masters in Lean-Agile practices and mindsets
Help manage risks and dependencies.
Facilitate System Demos.
Must be self-directed and detail oriented and able to coordinate and work with a dynamic team and multiple stakeholders.
Clearance: Must have an Interim Secret or SECRET clearance at contract award.
