LMI seeks a CA PPM/Clarity PPM Architect/Developer to support a federal directorate in the National Capital Region. Responsibilities

Specific responsibilities may include:

  • Serve as the program lead for architecture design/development for CA PPM/Clarity PPM solutions, to include translating business requirements into technology architectures leveraging the latest in CA PPM/Clarity PPM functionality
  • Support development activities for CA PPM/Clarity PPM solutions, to include significantly familiarity operating within Agile development processes and cycles.
  • Deliver SME-level expertise surrounding CA PPM/Clarity PPM Functional and Technical specifications. 
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal business groups, providing guidance and solutions using Clarity PPM.
  • Expert on Modern UX experience, XOG, Process workflows, Gel Scripts, NSQL, PL SQL, REST API, HTML, Java and Clarity Studio Design and Development.
  • Build and support an effective, scalable, and integrated platform to ensure a smooth end to end experience and a high degree of data quality.
  • Work closely with leadership, Business Relationship Managers, and stakeholders across the organization to define and align on high level strategy, business requirements, solution design and drive delivery in an agile methodology.
  • Knowledge of and expertise with integration between Clarity and other business solutions; with future strategic direction of the application roadmap.

Qualifications

  • SENIOR LEVEL: 10+ years of relevant experience and a STEM BS degree or 7 years relevant experience and a MS degree in computer science or systems engineering.
  • Experience in defining new CA PPM enterprise solutions and ability to pick up different roles such as Technical Architect, Lead Consultant, Core Developer, Technical Support Lead etc.
  • Experience in software delivery model of different SDLC models such as Agile/Scrum methodology

  • Stays current on best practice in the statistical field, including methodologies and statistical concepts.
  • Broad knowledge of ML methods, statistical analysis, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, organizational skills, and problem-solving skills
  • Resourcefulness and troubleshooting aptitude
  • Attention to detail
  • Previous work with CBP and/or USBP is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Jira, and SharePoint.

This position allows for partial telework with the ability to work virtually and travel to client site in DMV as required.

  • Highly Preferred: Active/Full U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) BI
