LMI has an immediate need for a Receptionist/Office Assistant for our Colorado Springs office. The Receptionist/Office Assistant provides support to the Security department and office by greeting and processing/checking-in of all visitors, answering incoming calls, issuing credentials and access badges. This includes creating and issuing photo ID and access control badges to LMI visitors. Day to day duties will be managed by the FSO while reporting to the Vice President, Security. This is a full-time position. The Receptionist/Security Assistant is expected to have the reception desk open and operating promptly at 8:00 a.m. and throughout the day until 5:00 p.m. Relief coverage will be provided for a 30-minute lunch, as well as morning and afternoon breaks of 15 minutes each.
