LMI is seeking a Lead Total Experience Designer to support an exciting military health client engagement. This position will join a team of innovators, designers, and technologists to support the design, start-up, and management of an innovation cell for the military health client– an internal process, technology, and workforce accelerator program, where mission-enabling ideas are prototype, tested, and scaled. This cell will develop innovative processes and technology that directly impact both the quality care that servicemembers receive and the readiness of our national defense organizations. The LMI team will conduct an initial assessment to enable the organization stand-up, and will then provide management and acceleration support to enable innovation cell day-to-day operations. As the Lead Total Experience Designer, the selected candidate will design and implement innovative solutions to improve employee and customer experiences across the organization.

Minimum Requirements
10+ years of experience in experience design, service design, or user experience.
Bachelor’s degree in design, human-computer interaction, or a related field.
Proven expertise in creating and implementing Total Experience strategies.
Advanced knowledge and experience with Figma and other design tools.
Advanced knowledge and experience with Medallia, Dovetail, Maze, and/or other industry-leading TX feedback capture and cataloging tools.
Demonstrated experience standing up and providing governance/oversight to design systems, practices, and integrations with development efforts.
Strong facilitation, communication, and leadership skills.
Preferred Requirements
Advanced degree in design or a related discipline.
Experience with healthcare or government IT systems and processes.
Certification in experience design or service design.
Target Salary: $140,000 - 170,000. Disclaimer: The salary range displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is not a guarantee of compensation.
