  • Support reporting and dashboard creation to provide visibility into campaign performance, engagement trends, and marketing effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with digital and analytics teams to ensure marketing data is accurately collected, analyzed, and leveraged for decision-making.

Cross-Team Communication & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Act as a supportive liaison where necessary between different marketing functions, ensuring communication flows smoothly across teams and preventing silos.
  • Support alignment between marketing, business development, corporate communications, and external vendors.
  • Manage relationships with external contractors, agencies, and functional partners.

Qualifications

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and marketing automation tools (HubSpot a plus).
