LMI is seeking an experienced Medical Logistics Liaison to support our client in Colorado Springs, Colorado. The ideal candidate will have expertise in medical logistics management, coordination and collaboration, technical guidance and assistance, supply chain and Class VIII management, maintenance coordination, mission planning and execution, data analysis and reporting, resource and budget planning, as well as strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES MAY INCLUDE
Provide medical logistics support to units in need, facilitating the delivery of sustainment technical guidance.
Maintain coordination with PEOS, PM SMD, local medical logistics units, and life cycle management command (LCMC) liaisons.
Coordinate medical equipment maintenance requirements with local support agencies, including medical treatment facilities, medical logistics units, and USAMMA’s medical maintenance depots.
Track and manage equipment density reports, maintenance service schedules, and equipment disposition instructions.
Support Medical Equipment Set (MES) assembly management.
Coordinate Class VIII (medical supply) resupply requirements with supported units and agencies.
Reconcile medical supply requisitions to ensure timely and accurate support.
Assist PEOS, PM SMD regional managers in analyzing on-site infrastructure and material handling capabilities.
Support unit synchronization for fielding missions within the assigned area of responsibility (AOR).
Coordinate with gaining and supporting units to validate manpower, travel, and logistical requirements for scheduled missions.
Provide monthly and quarterly status reports detailing planned work, completed tasks, and impact assessments for supported units.
Conduct logistical and operational analysis to enhance support effectiveness.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
This position requires Five (5) or more years’ work experience.
Army knowledge/experience required.
Strong quantitative skills, including the ability to use spreadsheet, database, and project management software.
Demonstrated ability to quickly acquire and apply domain-specific expertise through on-the-job training and professional development training.
Superior communication skills, both oral and written.
Self-directed, detail oriented in completing assigned tasks, able to adapt to changing work efforts and manage impact of shifting priorities.
Available for frequent travel within assigned region.
This position requires an active security clearance at the secret level. You must be a US citizen.
