The Opportunity
We’re looking for a Head of Mission Engineering — part field lead, part systems thinker, part UX detective — to take point on the technical delivery of our RFID deployments across the Army, Navy, Air Force, and beyond. You’ll conduct site surveys, run demos, map out workflows, and work hand-in-hand with users to define requirements and initial features. You’ll own the early phase of solutioning, translating operational needs into smart, scalable systems that our core product teams can build.
You’ll be the technical face of the program for each contract — the one who makes sure what we deliver actually works, in real-world environments, with real users, under real constraints.
