Overview

LMI is seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer to support our customer' configuration and development objectives.  This is a fully remote position. A successful ServiceNow Developer will demonstrate competency in ServiceNow and understand the full implementation cycle of ServiceNow while upholding the highest standard of ethical behavior.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Develop the full implementation life cycle to support the deployment of ServiceNow modules into complex client environments
  • Translate business requirements into ServiceNow Performance Analytics solutions and actionable insights.
  • Configure time series analysis, thresholds, and forecasting in Performance Analytics.
  • Optimize system performance and ensuring PA solutions are scalable and efficient.
  • Configure security and access control related to Performance Analytics dashboards.
  • Coordinate with client stakeholders to understand the mission needs of the client and develop those requirements in ServiceNow
  • Implement ServiceNow modules for multiple customers.
  • Implement configurations and customizations for multiple customers.
  • Create and manage business rules, UI actions, workflows, reports, dashboards, and user portals.

Qualifications

Required Experience

  • At least 5 years of demonstrated experience in development, implementation and deployment of ServiceNow modules using Agile DevSecOps techniques in a client environment
  • Strong expertise in ServiceNow Performance Analytics (PA), including configuring indicators, breakdowns, widgets, and dashboards.
  • Experience in designing and implementing data collection jobs, formula indicators, and automated trend analysis.
  • Experience creating and optimizing Performance Analytics scorecards to track KPIs and business objectives.
  • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow reporting, data visualization, and analytics leveraging the Performance Analytics module
  • Knowledge of ServiceNow data structures and how PA integrates with other modules (e.g., GRC, ITSM, CSM, HRSD).
  • Experience in Scripting (JavaScript, Glide API, or Business Rules) to enhance PA functionality.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a public trust/background investigation.
  • Undergraduate degree required. Degree in engineering, finance, economics, operations research, mathematics, or a related discipline preferred.

  • Demonstrated experience implement ServiceNow modules to clients in the US Federal Government

Desired Certifications

  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator
  • ITIL

Target Salary Range- $99,161.74 - $171,168.42
