Overview

LMI is seeking an experienced and mission-oriented Microsoft Dynamics 365 Solution Architect to support modernization efforts for the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS). This role focuses on designing, integrating, and optimizing Dynamics 365 CRM solutions in support of HHS initiatives to enhance public health services and improve constituent engagement.

 

The ideal candidate will architect enterprise CRM solutions with a focus on transitioning from legacy systems, such as Siebel, to Dynamics 365, and integrating with modern contact center platforms. This position requires a deep understanding of CRM modernization within the federal health IT ecosystem, with an emphasis on scalability, security, and compliance.

Responsibilities

- Lead architecture and technical design of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions (Sales, Customer Service, Case Management) tailored to HHS programs.

- Architect the migration from legacy CRM platforms (e.g., Siebel) to Microsoft Dynamics 365, ensuring compliance with federal health IT standards.

- Support integrations between Dynamics 365 and FedRAMP-authorized contact center platforms such as Genesys Cloud CX.

- Define and govern data migration strategy, including data mapping, security tagging, cleansing, and transformation.

- Ensure secure, compliant, and scalable solution delivery, aligned with HHS enterprise architecture and security frameworks (FISMA, FedRAMP, Zero Trust).

- Collaborate with HHS stakeholders, technical teams, and mission leaders to align solution designs with strategic goals and health program needs.

- Provide guidance and architectural governance to LMI delivery teams and partner vendors.

- Support agile delivery methodologies and participate in technical solutioning within SAFe Agile environments.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

- 5-7 years of experience architecting Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions in federal or health sector environments.

- Proven experience with at least one enterprise CRM migration to Microsoft Dynamics 365.

- Experience integrating Dynamics 365 with contact center platforms (Genesys Cloud, NICE, Amazon Connect) to support health contact center services.

- Proficient with Power Platform, Azure Integration Services, Microsoft Dataverse, and Dynamics 365 GCC High or government cloud environments.

- Strong understanding of HIPAA, FISMA, and FedRAMP compliance requirements.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

- Prior experience supporting HHS agencies (e.g., CMS, NIH, CDC, HRSA).

- Familiarity with health case management, provider engagement, or citizen service workflows.

- Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 + Power Platform Solution Architect certification preferred.

- Experience migration Siebel to Dynamics 365
