Who We Are

We’re not here to maintain the status quo – we’re here to rewrite it and innovate at the pace of need. Our team is laser-focused on creating cutting-edge RFID solutions for the DoD that bring passive and active RFID tech to life, solving tough integration challenges across global sites.

Responsibilities

The Opportunity
We’re hiring a Technical Program Manager to help us build the next generation of our RFID tracking platform. You’ll sit at the intersection of engineering, product, and platform strategy—helping drive development of secure, scalable systems that operate from the tactical edge to the cloud.

This role is about building, not just delivering. You’ll work with designers, platform engineers, hardware teams, and cybersecurity SMEs to shape architecture, refine features, and ship capability that meets DoD standards and warfighter expectations.

What You'll Do

  • Translate product vision into technical plans and engineering backlogs with a focus on scalable architecture and system interoperability.
  • Partner with platform and software engineering leads to guide system development across web apps, APIs, databases, and edge-connected hardware.
  • Lead end-to-end technical coordination across firmware, backend services, UI workflows, and gateway integration.
  • Prioritize features and technical debt with a builder’s mindset—balancing speed, security, and long-term maintainability.
  • Drive development cycles that support FedRAMP, IL5, and RMF compliance without slowing down iteration.
  • Own coordination of platform-wide upgrades, refactors, and cross-functional tech decisions.
  • Help shape ATO strategy and ensure development aligns with RMF requirements from the start.
  • Collaborate with product leadership on user research, feature validation, and future roadmap planning.
  • Dive deep with engineers to resolve blockers, challenge assumptions, and drive platform improvement.
  • Communicate technical progress, risks, and design decisions clearly to internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in project, program, or business operations roles—ideally in federal contracting.
  • Proven ability to manage program budgets, schedules, and administrative tasks with high attention to detail.
  • Experience supporting contracts with DoD or other federal agencies.
  • Comfortable juggling multiple tasks across finance, ops, and delivery.
  • Excellent written communication skills—especially for briefings, reports, and proposals.
  • Ability to obtain a Secret clearance in a timely manner is required.

Bonus Points For:

  • Experience with RFID, supply chain, or logistics systems.
  • Familiarity with Earned Value Management, Deltek/Costpoint, or similar financial tools.
  • Experience supporting capture/proposal development (BOEs, schedules, pricing inputs, etc.).
  • PMP or similar certification.
  • Prior military or DoD program experience.
  • Previous experience with the ATO/RMF process in DoD software accreditation.
  • The ability to use “GitOps” in a sentence without Googling it.

Keep the mission moving. Apply now.

Target salary range: $109,986 - $189,154

The salary range displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is not a guarantee of compensation. Individual salaries are determined by various factors including, but not limited to location, internal equity, business considerations, client contract requirements, and candidate qualifications, such as education, experience, skills, and security clearances.
