Overview

LMI seeks a Project Support Analyst to support a Department of Veterans Affairs program. This position blends coordination, scheduling, and workflow management to keep project teams aligned, deliverables on track, and stakeholders informed. You will facilitate project planning, manage internal workflows, and provide administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities

Track the progress of deliverables across all workstreams, ensuring timely and high-quality completion. 

Provide administrative and operational support to the project team. 

Assist with scheduling, meeting facilitation, documentation, and communication tasks. 

Maintain and update the program’s internal SharePoint site to ensure accessibility and version control of resources. 

Lead management of the program Kanban board to track tasks, prioritize activities, and maintain workflow visibility. 

Identify schedule or workflow risks and work with stakeholders to resolve issues promptly. 

Prepare concise reports, dashboards, and updates for leadership. 

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business, project management, or a related field. 

3–7 years of experience in project coordination, scheduling, or administrative support roles, preferably in a federal environment. 

Familiarity with Agile/Scrum principles and tools such as Jira or Trello. 

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and collaboration tools such as SharePoint. 

Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail. 

Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 

Highly adaptable and proactive in a fast-paced environment.
