Responsibilities

Providing direct support to OSD Energy, this Business Process Analyst will:

  • Focus on data inception, process flows, organizational roles, responsibilities, business objectives, and stakeholder analyses.
  • Analyze and document current processes to identify improvement areas.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define business requirements, translating them into project plans.
  • Develop and implement strategies for process improvements.
  • Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and achieve consensus.
  • Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, clients, and vendors.
  • Identify opportunities for continuous process optimization.
  • Maintain high ethical standards in all business practices.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in business process analysis or related roles.
  • Proven experience in project management and process improvement methodologies.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to capture and document complex business requirements.
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
  • Experience in stakeholder management and building strong professional relationships.
  • Ability to work independently and remotely with minimal supervision.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities and critical thinking capabilities.
  • High standard of ethical behavior and integrity in professional practices.

Desired Skills

  • Advanced proficiency in business process modeling tools (e.g., BPMN, Visio).
  • Experience with data analysis tools and software (e.g., SQL, Power BI, Tableau).
  • Certification in Lean Six Sigma or equivalent process improvement methodologies.
  • Familiarity with project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, JIRA).
  • Strong understanding of digital transformation and emerging technologies.
  • Ability to navigate and influence within complex organizational structures.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proactive mindset with a continuous improvement approach.
  • Experience working within the energy sector or a similar industry is a plus.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Target salary range: $88,986 - $141,154

 

The salary range displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is not a guarantee of compensation.
