Overview

LMI is seeking a Project Management Analyst to join our team supporting the Office of National Laboratories with the DHS Science and Technology Directorate. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting oversight of acquisitions and contract management. This is a remote position, but candidates are preferred to be located in the Frederick, Maryland area.

Responsibilities

  • Support a fast-paced program office, including a wide variety of program management and office administration duties
  • Prepare and process purchase request and financial transaction documentation
  • Process verification and validation of purchase and financial transactions
  • Support verification of monthly invoice information in accordance with contract terms/conditions/etc.
  • Coordinate and lead program meetings (virtual or in person) and events with a variety of internal and external stakeholders
  • Research, draft, edit, and facilitate timely responses to a variety of written inquiries as well as other priority correspondence that request immediate response
  • Track incoming and outgoing correspondence, alerting responsible parties of tasking, and ensuring coordination of responses by relevant elements within established deadlines; review and edit work products, as necessary
  • Establish, maintain, and update files, databases, records, and other documents
  • Lead development of analyses and data evaluation for ad hoc and recurring reports
  • Perform associated records management duties to include identification of documents as records and determination of proper schedules for record disposition in accordance with policy.

Qualifications

  • B.S. with at least 3 years of experience, or 10+ years of relevant experience.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple assignments from multiple people in busy work environment.
  • Work independently and perform duties with a customer service attitude.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across the organization. 
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and SharePoint.
  • Active TS/SI clearance.

Target salary range: $75,000 - $100,000
