Overview

LMI is seeking a Technical Communications & Adoption Specialist to support transformation efforts at a national intelligence agency. We’re looking for a creative, organized communicator who can tell the story of innovation, connecting technical capability to mission impact. This role involves supporting a government customer conducting business process re-engineering and technical application deployment. The successful candidate will translate complex technical concepts into clear, compelling messages that drive understanding, excitement, and adoption among users and stakeholders.

You will develop materials such as slick sheets, white papers, presentations, and roadshow briefings that highlight what we’re building, why it matters, and how it’s used. You will also support outreach and engagement activities to build awareness, foster trust, and ensure users understand how to integrate the capability into their daily work. Additionally, you will organize and facilitate training sessions and community liaison activities to ensure staff are well-equipped for the new application, addressing any concerns or resistance they may have. Throughout the process, you will engage in continuous communication with all stakeholders, providing updates, gathering feedback, and making necessary adjustments.
