LMI is seeking a Full-Stack Developer to join the Chief Technology Office development team. This position requires an individual who thrives in dynamic environments, rapidly delivering results while maintaining flexibility to adapt to shifting priorities. This position requires the ability to obtain a Secret clearance; active Secret clearance preferred. You must be a U.S. citizen.

Providing direct support to the multiple customers, this Full-Stack Developer will: 

• Leverage advanced agentic AI tools, such as Claude Code, to quickly add new functionality into existing code stacks within large, complex programs.
• Make quick, high-impact contributions to strategically critical projects across LMI’s portfolio, ensuring program success and delivering measurable results.
• Collaborate with development teams, stakeholders, and technical leads to identify pain points in existing systems and implement solutions in an agile environment.
• Transition seamlessly between programs, applying technical expertise to prioritize and address the highest-impact initiatives.
• Analyze customer requirements and program objectives to develop innovative solutions that align with mission needs.
• Work within multidisciplinary teams to facilitate integrations, resolve technical challenges, and adhere to development timelines.
• Ensure compliance with security protocols, government standards, and industry best practices across all projects.
• Document technical solutions and improvements for knowledge transfer between teams and programs.
• Conduct rigorous testing to guarantee performance, scalability, and reliability of updated or newly developed code.

Minimum Qualifications

• Eligibility for a security clearance is required: Active Secret clearance preferred.
• Experience with agentic AI coding tools: Demonstrated proficiency using tools like Claude Code to enhance existing code stacks at scale.
• Proven full-stack development experience: Minimum of 3–5 years in developing, maintaining, and improving front-end and back-end systems.
• Knowledge of programming languages: Proficient in at least one back-end language (Python preferred) and one front-end framework/tool (TypeScript preferred).
• Experience with API development: Familiarity with developing and consuming RESTful APIs for integration across systems.
• Familiarity with SQL and NoSQL databases: Strong foundational skills for managing data within relational (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server) and non-relational (e.g., MongoDB) environments.
• Agile methodologies: Experience working in agile environments, including the ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.
• Version control proficiency: Comfortable using Git (GitLab preferred) for code development and collaboration.
• Experience with testing, security, DevSecOps, and CI/CD processes: Proficient in integrating with automated testing frameworks, following security protocols, and following secure, continuous integration/continuous deployment pipelines. 
• Strong communication skills: Capable of clearly articulating technical concepts and solutions to both technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.

Desired Skills

• Advanced proficiency in agentic AI tools: Extensive experience utilizing tools like Claude Code to optimize coding workflows and integrate advanced AI functionality.
• Experience with cloud environments: Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud for developing and deploying cloud-based applications.
• Microservices architecture: Experience in designing and implementing microservices and containerized solutions (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
• UI/UX design skills: Knowledge of modern front-end frameworks like React, Vue.js, or Angular to enhance user interface and experience.
• Knowledge of DevSecOps practices: Comprehensive understanding of secure development and deployment pipelines, including infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform or Ansible.
• Data engineering: Experience with ETL tools, data pipeline management, and real-time analytics platforms.
• Security certifications: Certifications such as Security+ or CISSP are highly desirable.
• Experience with Agile frameworks: Advanced knowledge of Agile or SAFe methodologies, including participation in sprint planning and ceremonies.

Target salary range: $109,986 - $189,154
