LMI is seeking a Customer Success Lead, who will be the connector between our technology, our clients, and our growth. You’ll shape the customer experience from the first demo through delivery, ensure training and adoption stick, and transform mission wins into stories that fuel our marketing and sales. We need a Customer Success Lead who can bridge the gap between technology, delivery, and growth. You’ll be the face of our solutions to clients—owning engagement, training, and communications that ensure smooth deployments and lasting adoption. But your impact doesn’t stop at delivery: you’ll also enable sales and marketing by creating the playbooks, messaging, and success stories that fuel growth across our DoD portfolio.
