LMI is seeking a Scrum Master for the F-35 LogIT program in support of OSW sustainment efforts. This role serves as the primary facilitator and team-level integrator for multiple Agile delivery teams, ensuring alignment with release train objectives, stakeholder priorities, and program leadership direction while enabling predictable execution of team commitments. The Scrum Master will support sprint and Program Increment planning and execution, manage team-level dependencies and risks, and foster continuous improvement in Agile practices and team performance. Working closely with the Release Train Engineer (RTE), Program Manager, Deputy PM, Technical Lead, Product Owners, and technical teams, this individual maintains a team-focused perspective to balance delivery, quality, and mission priorities. The ideal candidate brings experience supporting complex Agile efforts in defense or aerospace environments and excels at enabling teams to operate efficiently while keeping the F-35 LogIT program aligned with strategic goals and contract requirements.

• Serve as Scrum Master for multiple Agile delivery teams within the enterprise LogIT program, enabling effective execution of sprint and Program Increment (PI) objectives in alignment with release train priorities.
• Operate under the direction of the Release Train Engineer (RTE) to support coordinated execution across teams and ensure alignment with program-level planning and delivery commitments.
• Facilitate all team-level Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and backlog refinement sessions, ensuring disciplined and consistent Agile execution.
• Support the Program Manager (PM), Deputy PM, and Technical Lead by providing visibility into team performance, risks, dependencies, and delivery progress.
• Help teams prepare for and actively participate in PI planning, ensuring backlog readiness, capacity planning, and alignment with program priorities.
• Monitor team progress against sprint and PI objectives, applying Agile metrics (e.g., velocity, burn-down, flow, predictability) to support transparency and continuous improvement.
• Identify, track, and help resolve team-level impediments, escalating cross-team or organizational issues to the RTE as appropriate.
• Coordinate cross-team dependencies and support synchronization of work across the Agile Release Train.
• Partner with Product Owners and technical leads to ensure backlogs are well-defined, prioritized, and aligned to program and technical objectives.
• Promote adherence to Agile principles, SAFe practices, and team working agreements to foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Support effective communication between teams and program leadership, ensuring timely reporting of status, risks, and emerging issues.
• Encourage high-performing team dynamics, psychological safety, and continuous learning across assigned teams.
• Leverage Agile lifecycle management tools (e.g., JIRA and Confluence) to manage sprint execution, track work progress, and maintain transparency across stakeholders.
• Assist teams in maintaining focus on incremental value delivery, quality outcomes, and sustainable execution practices.
• Support program-level reporting, metrics collection, and improvement initiatives led by the RTE or program leadership.

The target salary for this position goes up to $170,000.
