LMI is seeking a Senior Joint Military Planner to provide subject matter expertise to the United States Space Force (USSF) Installation, Logistics, and Product Support Directorate, Space Systems Command (SSC/S4L), located at Peterson Space Force Base, Colorado, and the United States Transportation Command (USTRANSCOM) Strategic Plans, Policy and Logistics Directorate (TCJ5/4), located at Scott Air Force Base, Illinois.

The primary objective of this role is to support the integration of spacelift as a fully recognized fourth mode of cargo transportation within the Joint Deployment and Distribution Enterprise (JDDE). This role will work closely with a multidisciplinary team of subject matter experts to integrate spacelift point-to-point (P2P) delivery of cargo into USTRANSCOM’s JDDE. In-depth knowledge and demonstrated experience with the Joint Planning Process is required for success. This position focuses on joint-level policy, doctrine, and planning integration, rather than day-to-day operational execution. The Senior Joint Military Planner will collaborate with joint, Service, and Combatant Command stakeholders to develop, assess, and implement policy and guidance that enables future spacelift-enabled logistics operations. This is an onsite position with an option to report at Scott AFB, Illinois, Cape Canaveral, Florida or Peterson Space Force Base, Colorado. Travel may be required at client discretion; occasional remote work may be considered. This position is contingent upon contract award.
