Overview

LMI is currently seeking a Data Management and Analytics Specialist to manage, analyze, and derive actionable insights from organizational data from experimentation activities across USTRANSCOM, located at Scott AFB, IL. This is an onsite position and cannot be worked remotely.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee end-to-end data management processes to ensure accuracy, integrity, and accessibility of organizational data

  • Apply advanced analytics to transform complex data sets into actionable insights that inform business decisions

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable databases and data systems to support efficient storage, retrieval, and analysis

  • Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities within data to address operational gaps and solve high-priority challenges

  • Translate data insights into clear, strategic recommendations that support organizational goals and initiatives

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to align data strategies with business needs and drive informed decision-making

  • Continuously improve data processes, tools, and governance to enhance efficiency and data quality

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in data management, analytics, or related roles
  • Degree in Data Science, Information Systems, Statistics, or a related field
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into clear, actionable insights
  • Masters with 11 years of experience; Bachelors with 13 years of experience
  • Understanding of USTRANSCOM issues and priorities
  • Strong project leadership, analytic ability, presentation development, and communications skills
  • Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility (preferred). Ability to obtain TS/SCI (required)
