Overview

LMI is seeking a skilled Requirements Coordinator to support LMI’s United States Postal Service (USPS) account. The Requirements Coordinator will play a crucial role in gathering, documenting, and analyzing project requirements to ensure successful implementation and delivery of solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze functional and non-functional requirements 
  • Translate business requirements into technical specifications  
  • Conduct workshops, interviews, and facilitate meetings to gather requirements 
  • Assist in defining project scope, goals, and deliverables 
  • Work closely with project managers, developers, and testers to ensure requirements are understood and implemented as specified 
  • Maintain and update requirements documents throughout project lifecycle  
  • Support quality management, project management, and communication activities  
  • Participation in quality assurance and user acceptance testing processes  

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher 
  • Minimum 2 years in information technology (IT), management, business analysis, and/or IT requirements management 
  • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies, with a deep understanding of the agile software development lifecycle (SDLC) 
  • Excellent facilitation skills with the ability to capture requirements from a diverse set of stakeholders  
  • Strong interpersonal skills, capable of building and maintaining collaborative relationships with diverse teams  
  • Demonstrated ability to balance competing priorities and exhibit flexibility based on changing client needs 
  • Ability to obtain USPS Public Trust Clearance 

 

Desired Skills 

  • U.S. Postal Service experience preferred 
  • Proficiency in requirement management tools and software (Jira, Confluence, Visio) 
  • Proven experience as a requirements analyst or in a similar role, preferably with government experience 

 

Target salary range: $70,000-$80,000
