Overview

The Business Process Analyst will support the evaluation, documentation, and improvement of organizational processes for an intelligence community (IC) customer. This role involves analyzing current business, management, and operational workflows; identifying inefficiencies; and recommending improvements that align people, processes, and resources to mission outcomes.

Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly motivated professional to support strategic planning, coordination, and execution of mission-critical activities. This role focuses on enhancing operational effectiveness, improving processes, and enabling mission success through data-driven analysis and cross-functional collaboration. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Support strategic planning efforts by coordinating and executing key initiatives that drive process improvement and mission enablement.  
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to strengthen cross-functional integration and mission alignment.  
  • Assess organizational strategies, processes, and resource requirements to identify impacts and support mission execution.  
  • Develop and deliver operational briefings, translating complex technical concepts into clear, actionable insights.  
  • Design, refine, and document procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness of mission activities.  
  • Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives to optimize workflows and enhance organizational capabilities.  
  • Evaluate current business and management processes, identifying opportunities for increased efficiency and performance.  
  • Recommend and facilitate the implementation of improved processes, tools, and best practices.  
  • Collect, aggregate, and analyze performance data across program and enterprise levels to inform decision-making.  
  • Prepare and present clear, data-driven recommendations to senior leadership.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience.  
  • Proficiency working with client databases and data management systems.  
  • Demonstrated experience integrating diverse capabilities and stakeholder requirements.  
  • Proven ability to assess and mitigate program risks and adapt to evolving conditions.  
  • Experience planning, coordinating, and executing complex programs.  
  • Bachelor’s degree  
  • Experience in process improvement, business process reengineering, or performance management within federal or Intelligence Community environments.    
  • Strong communication and facilitation skills, including experience presenting to executive-level audiences.  

Preferred Qualifications 

  • Active TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance.  

Compensation 
The target salary range for this position is up to $155,037. This range represents the typical compensation for this role; actual salary will be determined based on factors such as location, internal equity, business considerations, contract requirements, and candidate qualifications (including education, experience, skills, and security clearance status). 

Security Clearance Requirements 
Applicants must already possess an active TS SCI with Polygraph
