Overview

LMI is seeking a skilled Program Manager to support the Force Management Office (FMO) at  Combined Arms Support Command (CASCOM), leading a cross-functional team to advance the assessment of force structure needs of the Army Logistics Corps. This position cannot be performed remotely.

Responsibilities

 Responsibilities will include:

  • Provide program management, project control, and contract administration necessary to manage a high-visibility, multi-task effort involving organizational changes within US Army Logistics Corps; will ensure quality control supervision to assure accuracy and fidelity of all deliverables; will ensure dedicated resources are available to meet schedule and quality standards of each task/deliverable.
  • Prioritize tasks, set deadlines and assign resources to each project
  • Track cost, schedule and performance, as well as prepare documents and develop project specific policy, procedures and report status to all levels
  • Manage staffing requirements, including recruiting, hiring, on-boarding, and execution
  • Manage task assignments and oversight of personnel to ensure excellence in services delivery
  • Prepare white papers, briefings and status reports of tasks or new actions as required by the CASCOM Force Development Directorate
  • Prepare monthly cost reports and ensure such deliverables are submitted in a timely fashion and of high quality/accuracy
  • Ensure program compliance with government and corporate policies and mandates, and adherence to directives from governing entities
  • Support business development and bid and proposal efforts for opportunities, bringing together capabilities across LMI to define a solution that meets and exceeds client expectations.
  • Foster positive working relationships with team, client personnel and leadership counterparts

Qualifications

Required Skills

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Management or other related scientific or technical discipline
  • At least 5 years of experience in Program Management
  • Direct experience in force development, logistics planning, and capabilities development
  • Knowledge of Total Army Analysis process, FMSWeb, Army Vantage, and CASCOM Specific planning tools
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook
  • Superior communication skills, both oral and written, demonstrating the ability to present material to senior Government officials as required
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills
  • Active Secret Clearance

Desired Skills

  • An advanced understanding of operational concepts and logistics planning factors required for development of Sustainment force structure.
  • Experience in using logistics planning tools to determine manning and equipment requirements; proficient in Power BI
  • Experience supervising force management work that encompass data collection, analysis, course of action development, force design updates, and integration in diverse operating environments with people of diverse job categories and job skills.
  • Prior experience running projects of similar size and scope
  • PMP Certification and/or other equivalent certifications a plus

Target salary range: $100,375 - $152,604. Final compensation will be determined by a variety of factors including but not limited to your skills, experience, education, and/or certifications.
