Responsibilities

  • You will maintain awareness of organizational priorities, ongoing technical efforts, customer requirements, upcoming events, and operational commitments. You will help synchronize activities across leadership, technical teams, customers, and external partners to ensure the organization remains aligned and focused on mission delivery.
  • You will support organizational battle rhythm activities, including planning sessions, synchronization meetings, working groups, technical reviews, customer engagements, and leadership updates. You will capture decisions, track actions, identify dependencies, and follow activities through completion to help ensure organizational priorities translate into execution.
  • You will assist leadership in preparing for and executing customer engagements, technical demonstrations, experimentation events, exercises, and other mission activities. You will coordinate across internal and external stakeholders to ensure personnel, information, equipment, facilities, and supporting resources are aligned to meet operational requirements.
  • You will help identify and resolve organizational friction by connecting the appropriate stakeholders, facilitating communication, and maintaining visibility of issues that could impact technical or operational delivery. You will work across organizational boundaries and help ensure information flows effectively between leadership, technical teams, government customers, and industry partners.
  • You will support the development of operational products, briefings, reports, schedules, trackers, and other materials required to maintain situational awareness and support decision-making.
  • You will help coordinate travel, meetings, site visits, demonstrations, and other operational activities as required to support the organization's mission.
  • You will maintain awareness of multiple concurrent efforts and proactively identify scheduling conflicts, resource constraints, dependencies, and emerging requirements that could impact execution.
  • You proactively solve problems with minimal direction and thrive in a fast-paced environment where priorities frequently evolve. You are comfortable operating with incomplete information, identifying what needs to happen next, and working across the organization to move activities forward.
