LMI is seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager (TPM) to lead execution and delivery of next-generation software capabilities supporting the U.S. Army's modernization efforts. This position requires an active Secret clearance.
This individual will serve as the operational leader responsible for coordinating execution across engineering, product management, UX/UI, DevSecOps, cybersecurity, and forward deployed engineering teams. Working closely with Army stakeholders, the Product Owner, Engineering Lead, and corporate leadership, the TPM will ensure successful delivery of mission-critical software capabilities through disciplined program management, Agile execution, and cross-functional collaboration. This position is remote (U.S.) with up to 25% travel to customer sites, integration events, demonstrations, and team planning sessions.
