LMI is seeking a Director, Naval Special Warfare Programs to lead the delivery, growth, and operational integration of LMI’s portfolio supporting Naval Special Warfare (NSW). This position requires regular engagement with Naval Special Warfare commands and supported organizations at locations including Coronado, California, Little Creek, VA and other mission sites. The role requires an active Top-Secret security clearance. Regular travel is required.
This role retains direct responsibility for NSW program execution while expanding leadership accountability across customer relationships, technical integration, workforce, financial performance, and business growth. The Director will serve as LMI’s senior portfolio leader for NSW, synchronizing program managers, technical leads, site personnel, engineers, operators, product teams, and partners across geographically dispersed efforts. The ideal candidate is a trusted Special Operations leader with the operational credibility, technical fluency, business judgment, and organizational leadership required to convert mission needs into executable programs and sustained customer outcomes.

Target salary range: $150,000 - $230,000
