LMI is seeking a Force Management Operations Lead to support a Department of War mission partner J8 with joint force management, capability requirements, strategic planning, analysis, and enterprise integration. This role will serve as a senior integrator across operational, requirements, acquisition, resourcing, and technology stakeholders, translating complex mission needs into prioritized, decision-ready requirements and executable courses of action. The ideal candidate combines deep Joint and Special Operations experience with strong requirements-development expertise, senior leader engagement skills, and the ability to synchronize diverse organizations around common mission outcomes. This position requires on-site support in the National Capital Region and an active Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) clearance. The position requires periodic travel to supported commands, operational units, exercises, test events, and industry locations.
