Minimum Qualifications:
10+ years of progressive HR Business Partner experience, preferably in AI/technology, defense contracting, defense technology, or federal solutions environments with direct client‑facing responsibilities.
• Proven ability to build strong relationships with leaders and influence through credibility, insight, and partnership.
• Demonstrated experience advising senior leaders on strategic workforce priorities, including organizational design and transformation.
• Experience using AI, automation, and data analytics to shape scalable talent solutions and drive outcomes.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives, timelines, and stakeholders.
• Exceptional communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to present data‑driven insights that influence action.
• Deep understanding of HR compliance, workforce planning, employee relations, and emerging industry trends.
• High emotional intelligence with a collaborative, adaptable, and future‑focused mindset.
• Ability to travel to program locations and maintain consistent on‑site presence with program teams at LMI HQ and customer facilities.
The salary range displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is not a guarantee of compensation. Individual salaries are determined by various factors including, but not limited to location, internal equity, business considerations, client contract requirements, and candidate qualifications, such as education, experience, skills, and security clearances. Approximate range of $100,000 - $150,000, subject to change based on the factors listed above.
